Detour Europe - Research on the absorption of the Community Programmes Funds in Macedonia

In the process of "Europeanisation" of the Society, apart from the well known Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA), since 2007 Macedonia has at its disposal the Community Programmes. These Programmes are instrument for the creation of "European Added Value" in the areas where there is a need for deeper integration, such as scientific research and innovations, education, culture, industrial policy, social policy etc. In a wider context, these mechanisms facilitate the implementation of the Lisbon Agenda, i.e. the Europe 2020 Strategy. This research covers five of the Community Programmes: 1. Culture; 2. Europe for the Citizens; 3. PROGRESS; 4. FP7; 5. CIP.
