Following the Leader: Rhyme or Reality

This Policy Document came as a result of the discussions lead on the conference "Macedonia-Spain: Strategic Partnership for European Integration" co-organised by the Barcelona Centre for International Affairs and the Macedonian Centre for European Training. The conference took place in Skopje on September 29th 2009, while the document focuses on the potentials for the development of a strategic partnership between Macedonia and Spain in light of the up-coming Spanish Presidency with the European Union (January-June 2010).
