FRUITS OF THE ORANGE REVOLUTION

This year we also elaborated our regular comparative analysis of the European Commission's Progress reports for Macedonia. The analysis notes down the remarks from the European Commission expressed in the reports for the period 2010-2013. The objective of this analysis is to show the rythm of the reforms and of Macedonia's accession to the European Union. For this purpose the methodology that we used is to only look at the noted problems (not the achievements) and to colour code them. The coding system is as follows: 1) With regular colour and font all the new remarks from this year's report are marked; 2) With regular colour and in bold we have marked the remarks that are repeated at least one's in the previous reports; and 3) With orange colour we have marked the remarks that are repeated at least twice, or more times in the previous years.
