Totally aware of the fact that it is unappropriate to speak about percentages when measuring how much we are meeting the benchmarks, MCET has entered this unusual exercise of calculating percentages in order to prove that we do not meet the benchmarks at 90%. Therefore, our calculations show that Macedonia has met only 62.7% of the tasks that we set ourselves.
